This Colombian micro lot is grown by Rosenberg Martinez who is a true example of Colombian perseverance in the face of adversity. Originally from the cañón de Las Hermosas, his family was forced to leave the land they cultivated for generations. Rosemberg then settled on a farm near Machín Volcano in the state of Tolima and started again producing the most delicious coffees. Honey, caramel, Lactic notes, Fruity acidity.
