    When there are no sales going on, shipping is free to several European Countries:

    When the sales start, the only country that gets free shipping is mainland Portugal (excl. Madeira and Azores archipelagos), our home country.

    Turnaround

    All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm.

    Deliveries usually take from 3 to 5 week days. For islands and some parts of the world it may take up to 10 week days at the most.

     

    Carrier

    We use Chronopost (DPD Group) to deliver our orders and ship worldwide.

     

    Order Tracking

    You will be sent a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID. You may use your tracking ID in this page to check the status of your order's shipment. If you are having trouble tracking your order, let us know so we can try to help.

      

    Customs and Import Charges

    Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you might not be expecting.

    The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
