Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our customers a refund for the original postage. We are also not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. So, especially for Clothing and Footwear, please make sure you try the received products in a well-conditioned environment so that you guarantee they are preserved in perfect selling condition upon returning. All returned packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit. If you are returning a product from outside of the European Union, please note that any custom duties (import taxes) charged in the process will be deducted from the amount available for refund.
How to return an order
You may return your order through this link. You will be prompted to fill the form with the items you wish to return and some additional info. The items must be returned to us via a carrier of your choice or returned in one of our stores.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The value on your refund will be equal to the value of the item(s) you are returning only. If you are outside the E.U. make sure to send your item accompanied with the due temporary export paperwork - make sure to inform yourself with your preferred carrier.
How to exchange an order
We can only exchange items for different sizes. If you wish to get a size smaller or bigger than your original order, please proceed to this link. You will be prompted to fill a form with the items you wish to return and will need to fill in the size you wish to get.
After that, we will check availability of stock for your exchange size and inform you accordingly. If there are conditions to proceed with the exchange you will be asked to return the item(s) to us, if possible accompanied by a copy of the invoice. For this, you may return the item(s) in person at one of our stores or ship the item(s) using any carrier of your choice.
Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. In 48 working hours we will ship the exchange size to you and send you the tracking information for it. Please allow for 3 to 7 working days to receive your exchange size.
