I have bought from the store in Lisbon and from online a few times and each was a very positive experience. In store the staff are very friendly and informative about the brands. Online the delivery is speedy and care is taken with the packaging. The brands that are stocked are so special and unique!

I placed my order during the lockdown and unfortunately chose to return one of the items. In spite of the difficult times, correspondence flowed freely and pleasantly, and I was given the choice to return the item as suited me best (by mail or directly at the store once it reopened). All in all a very smooth and positive experience.

My experience couldn’t be better. I ordered a pair of sneakers online and had them delivered to the store. The process was simple and secure. As for the treatment after the sale in store, it was spot on - the staff was very helpful helping find another size (the sneakers were unfortunately too big). Totally recommend.
